Dr. Robyn Duncan, PT, DPT
Robyn Duncan is a licensed physical therapist who earned her doctorate in physical therapy in 2014. She received her certification from the American Physical Therapy Association as an exercise expert for the aging adult in 2010.
Robyn has a passion for seeing people of all ages SHIFT their mindset to lifelong wellness and performance. She is interested in walking alongside those who desire a supervised program and designing exercise to meet the individual’s goals. . It is important to always look at the whole person when helping determine realistic goals. Exercising correctly is just as important as performing exercise in the prevention of injury and illness.
It is our goal to help Swain county and the surrounding areas to achieve wellness and performance while preventing injury and illness.
Lindsey Reece, Zumba Instructor
Hi my name is Lindsey Reece, I have been married since 2010 and have one dog aka my son. I enjoy hanging with friends, going to church, and teaching Zumba!! I have been a Zumba instructor since 2014.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance moves. Zumba routines incorporate interval training — alternating fast and slow rhythms — and resistance training. It is an Energetic class full of fun, calorie burning, and groovin to the music!! If you have never tried it, don't let another day go by....come join me! See you soon!
Brian Dann, Power Yoga/ Hot yoga Instructor
Hi, I'm Brian, a devoted yoga instructor with over a decade of personal practice. Vinyasa and Hot yoga changed my life after back injuries made walking a challenge. Now, I teach Vinyasa, focusing on syncing breath with movement to unite mind and body. My inclusive classes cater to all levels, encouraging self-awareness and personal growth, and also Power Yoga which promotes strength and endurance. I continue to expand my knowledge through workshops and personal practice, driven to share the transformative power of Yoga and inspire others on their own healing journey.
